Debtmerica, LLC, a negotiated debt resolution firm, makes the Orange County Business Journal’s (OCBJ) Best Places to Work list four years in a row. A proprietary ranking system facilitated by an independent third party, the final list of 95 companies represents those that scored the highest on a two-part assessment of participating companies in Orange County. Top Companies were featured in the Orange County Business Journal’s November issue.
Companies were separated into 3 different categories based on number of employees. Placing in the small employer category, Debtmerica made rank as Orange County’s 25th best place to work. The survey process included a two-part assessment of participating Companies in Orange County, with three-fourths of the score coming from confidential employee surveys and a quarter of the score coming from the employer questionnaire. Survey data was collected and analyzed by an independent third party, Pennsylvania-based Best Companies Group.
Firms honored on the list are recognized for their dynamic work environment, exhibiting exceptional characteristics of open communications, professional respect and support, work/life balance, equitable remuneration and rewards, strong teamwork, and healthy camaraderie.
