At Debtmerica, your privacy is a top concern. We understand that you share with us your private information to help us solve your financial concerns. In exchange for your information and trust in our firm, we deliver to you our honest commitment to treat your information with privacy and professionalism. Rest assured that we protect your privacy. Under no circumstances will Debtmerica sell or share your personal information with any person or organization except: as authorized by you, our participating lenders, agents, or debt counselors depending on the application you fill out and the information you request. The Privacy Policy below describes the standards we adhere to in handling information about you and your loan request.

We want you to be aware of:

1. Who We Are. Debtmerica is a leading financial services provider. We help consumers nationwide locate a mortgage lender, get debt counseling, consolidate debts, or provide related financial services to meet your needs. There are dozens of participating Lenders, financial services agents and dedicated credit counselors in our network. Additionally, we are a leader, ourselves, on helping Americans resolve their financial problems.

2. Information We Collect. There are several areas on our web site where you may be asked to enter information. We DO NOT sell or share any personal information about you to or with any person or organization except: as authorized by you, to participating lenders, insurance agents, or credit counselors, or as may be required by law or court order.
· Information we receive from you on qualification forms. When you come to our web sites to complete a qualification form you'll need to provide personal and financial information such as your name, phone number, e-mail address, and other financial information depending upon whether you are requesting help with a home loan, debt relief or debt consolidation.

3. How your information is used. We use the information you provide on your qualification form to match you a participating lender, financial services provider, or debt counselor.

¥Sharing information with our participating lenders, agents, or debt counselors. At your direction (when you click on the "Submit" button), the information that you provide to us on the qualification form will be sent through our system and presented to one of our participating providers who offer the types of products (refinance loan, debt relief, etc.) you have identified. We recommend that you contact them directly for more information about their own specific privacy policies.

¥Sharing information with other third parties. We do not share any of your information with third parties.

¥Changing your information. You have the ability to change or alter your information before you press the submit button. Once your information is submitted it will be provided to the participating lender, financial services provider, or debt counselor depending on the form you filled out. You may contact these people directly to issue any changes to your information.

¥Security. Debtmerica's sites have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.

5. Notification of Changes to Privacy Policy

We may unilaterally amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a new privacy policy on the Site. Be sure to check the current terms of any privacy policy in effect by visiting this Site. By checking the effective date of the policy, you will be immediately alerted on whether the Privacy Policy has been amended. Please note however, that all amended terms, or the new privacy policy shall automatically become effective 30 days after initial posting.

From time to time, we may use your information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our Privacy Policy. Please note that if our information practices change at some time in the future, we will use only data collected from the time of the new privacy policy amendment forward for those new purposes.
